There is no fixed packaging catalog and no standard proposal. Every proposal is custom-made around your vision — your positioning, your aesthetic, your budget — from components decorated to your identity up to fully proprietary custom molds. If you can describe it, we can almost certainly build it: everything is possible.
Why formula and packaging must be developed together
A serum that oxidises in a clear bottle. An airless pump that fails with a rich balm texture. A cream that shrinks away from the jar wall after stability testing. These are the classic failures of buying formula and packaging from two separate suppliers.
Because we develop both in one laboratory, every project includes:

Do you have a packaging catalog I can choose from?
No — deliberately. Everything we do is fully custom: we work from your brief and build a proposal around your vision, drawing on our network of Italian and European component manufacturers. This gives you far more options than any single catalog — everything is possible.
What is the minimum order for custom packaging?
Minimums depend on the project. As a guide, customized stock components start from around 500–1,000 units and fully custom proprietary molds typically from 10,000 units — but every proposal is built around your specific vision and volumes, so tell us about your project and we’ll find the right solution.
Can you make sustainable packaging?
Yes — PCR plastics, glass, aluminium, mono-material recyclable solutions and refill systems. We’ll also flag the regulatory side (EU packaging waste rules, recyclability labelling) during development.
Can I supply my own packaging?
Yes. If you already have components, we run compatibility and stability testing with your formula before production, and we’ll tell you honestly if a component puts the product at risk.
Do you design the artwork too?
We supply dielines and manage printing and decoration. Label and box artwork can be handled by your designer or supported by our team as an additional service.
